What kind of picture is best for Photo Editing?
This is a very important question. We want to use your photo and create a vision of what you could look like as it will motivate and inspire you toward making small, daily changes in your habits and lifestyle that will provide you the basis of achieving your goals. Using an appropriate photo is an important first step.
We can work with an existing photo, but the best results come from shooting a new image specifically for your “future vision” photo.
• Shoot high resolution images.
• Wear clothing without folds (close-to-the-body, fitted).
• Select solid-color clothing, without patterns or lettering.
• Use good flash lighting indoors, or take photos outdoors in diffused, indirect lighting (not direct sunlight).
• Pose against a simple background such as a light-colored wall, or in a natural setting without a lot of variations.
• Show more skin (and less clothing) – as with a bathing shoot, or gym clothes.
• Submit full-length photos, with some space between arms and body, with legs slightly apart.
Note: No photos of minors or those appearing ‘under-age’ will be accepted.
