What if it took as much work to put on the pounds as it does to take off the pounds?

What if it took as much work to put on the pounds as it does to take off the pounds?

February is wrapping up and the shortest month sometimes seems like the longest. This is probably the most difficult month to lose weight.

Personally, I grew up back east (at least years 12-25 anyway) and I loved the seasons. But, by the middle of February I was ready for warm weather. What was it they said about Pittsburgh weather? Oh yea, 2 seasons: July & Winter. At least that is better than the Chicago statement about the 2 seasons: Construction and Winter.

Anyway, I thought I would share a fun post today courtesy of our friends and Knife and Forklift. What if it took as much as work to put on the pounds as it does to take off the pounds? Well, if that were the case this is probably what our utensils would look like. Check them out. It really is a neat idea!

You know, losing weight (just like any other life aspiration) does not always have to be so doom and gloom. You can have fun with it. You really can. Of course there is a price to pay for anything that we want in life. Just like there is a price to pay for eating the chocolate. But the payment does not always have to be so negative and distraught.

Have fun with it.

That is a big part of what Empower Me Photo is all about. You can get a compelling vision of what you are going to look like AFTER you lose the weight. It will excite you, inspire you, motivate you and yes, EMPOWER YOU toward your goal.

Let The Vision Empower You!

And while you are at it, Let The Knife and Forklift Empower You!

Have a great weekend, stay warm and get excited about looking great in the summer (July and construction season are right around the corner)!

May God bless your weight loss journey!
