People are creatures of habit. Ever heard that before? We are, aren’t we? It is not such a bad thing actually. If you think about it, what if you only had good habits? Habits would be great, right. Do you know that there are specific processes to follow to discover good habits and to abandon ones that no longer serve you?
I suggest that you start by making a list of things that you do habitually. Sleep times, eat times, hygienic times, things you do daily, weekly, etc. This will help you understand what exactly it is that you are doing with your time.
